Extracts time information from an ASN.1 structure \fInode\fP,
and from an arbitrary element \fIfield\fP of that structure.

Returns \fBSHISHI_OK\fP if successful,
\fBSHISHI_ASN1_NO_ELEMENT\fP if the element does not exist,
\fBSHISHI_ASN1_NO_VALUE\fP if the field has no value.
In all other cases, \fBSHISHI_ASN1_ERROR\fP is returned.
